Do you deliever my order on the same day I placed my order ?

Do you provide tracking information?

Yeap, you will receive an email once your order was shipped that contain your tracking information.

What if the case I want is not available for my phone model ?

Found the perfect case but it's not listed for your phone model? No stress! 🌟 Just snap a pic of the desired case and send it over to us along with your phone model details. Our customer service team will be on it in a flash, and we'll do our best to make it happen for you. After all, making you happy is what we're all about!

Will the clear cases get yellowed or discolored after time ?

Concerned about yellowing? We get it. While clear cases may change over time, shielding them from direct sunlight or UV light helps maintain their pristine look. If you spot any changes in color, a gentle rinse with water usually does the trick. With just a little love and care, your case will continue to shine bright for a long time! ✨

Why is the actual item look slightly different with the product photo?

Ever noticed a subtle difference between the product photo and the actual item? Here's why: While we give our best shot (literally!) at capturing the true essence of our products, studio lighting and camera angles can sometimes lead to minor variations in color. But hey, it's all within a teeny 20% range. Not a flaw, just the beauty of photography! We're all about keeping things top-notch and meeting your expectations. 📸✨

Product Refund & Exchange

You are eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date that you received your item. Please note that after this 14-day period, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Refunds are only available for defective or damaged products.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • All items must be in their original packaging with tags and labels attached.
  • The items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • You must possess an invoice or proof of purchase/receipt.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days from the date from you received the item.

Please keep in mind that it may take 2-3 business days for your bank provider to process and post the refund. We strive to process returns promptly, but please allow some time.
